Under the direction of Dr. Alison Lipman, PhD ecologist, UCLA students have created an educational website informing us of the health and environmental dangers we face.
SELVA initiated collaboration with the national park rangers, navy, and indigenous communities in the Bolivian Amazon to protect the endangered giant river turtle.
SELVA provides sustainable landscaping design and installation services to bring back native flora and fauna to our urban environment.
In an effort to conserve water, SELVA partnered with the LADWP, Surfrider, and other organizations to educate LA residents on lawn removal and the planting of California friendly plants.
Hamsphire College, SELVA and the 5 Colleges Consortium created a one of a kind work abroad program in the Bolivian Amazon.
